Therefore:
All payments made for advisory services are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refunds are NOT provided under the following conditions:

• Client changes their mind after purchase
• Lack of time or inability to trade
• Market loss or personal circumstances
• Client dissatisfaction due to personal expectations

Refund may be considered only in rare cases:

• Duplicate payment
• Transaction charged twice
• Technical error

Any such case is processed within 5–7 working days after verification.
